Our teams want to succeed – and you’ll be in great company, working with people and in a business that supports you to thrive. There’s never been a better time to join us as we develop and build our future together. Are you in?
HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Challenging Tasks. As a working student, you will support our team of IT sourcing experts with a variety of tasks in the areas of knowledge management, project support, and controlling. You will develop, review, and maintain knowledge and best practices from our tech sourcing client projects.
You will conduct independent analyses, process benchmark data, and create presentations, such as for proposals, project references, or knowledge decks. In the controlling area, you will further develop reporting and controlling frameworks, analyze project inquiries, revenues, or utilization, and prepare resource deployment as well as the lead pipeline.
Additionally, you will act as an important interface between the leadership of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Tech Sourcing Advantage and corporate controlling by preparing regular steering meetings.
Diverse Insights. Through close collaboration with our IT sourcing experts, you will gain comprehensive insights into the world of procurement and supply chain management and become familiar with various industries: from start-ups in retail and consumer goods to the energy and automotive industries, and even companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Experiences that broaden your horizon. Together with colleagues from the CoE Tech Sourcing Advantage, you will prepare knowledge and insights from our client projects. At the same time, you will gain in-depth insights into the processes of a leading management consultancy. From the very beginning, you will be given a high level of responsibility, allowing you to develop both professionally and personally.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
You are a student in an advanced semester of an economics-related program and have demonstrated excellent academic performance. Additionally, you possess strong skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. During your studies, you have already expanded your theoretical knowledge through practical experience.
Analytical thinking, flexibility, results orientation, as well as a structured, independent, and precise working style, come naturally to you.
You are willing to take on responsibility and are not afraid to contribute and implement your own ideas.
You enjoy working in a team, where both down-to-earth collaboration and genuine support and solidarity are important to you.
A confident presence in an international work environment rounds out your profile, and you demonstrate your strong communication skills in fluent English and business-level German.
