HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Support Leadership Collaboration. As Coordinator Global Business Operations, you will play a central role in supporting how Inverto manages its growing service offering, industry expertise, and knowledge platforms across Practice Areas (PAs) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). You will work closely with the Manager Global Business Operations and collaborate with regional and global leadership to ensure smooth processes, effective communication, and strong coordination across all regions (EMESA, NAMR, and AP). Your efforts will help drive operational excellence, foster collaboration, and enhance the visibility and impact of our expertise globally. Additionally you will assist in preparing, coordinating, and following up on leadership meetings, working sessions, and cross-regional initiatives. As well as help to ensure action items are tracked, and communication remains clear and timely.

Coordinate Processes & Workflows. You will support the management of operational routines, information flows, and timelines. Further you ensure stakeholders across different geographies are aligned, deadlines are met, and internal processes run efficiently.

Track Data & Insights. You assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide transparency into Practice Area and Center of Excellence activities, outcomes, and business contributions.

Enable Knowledge & Communication. You will maintain and update internal tools and databases, support onboarding and knowledge sharing. Further you help foster clarity, consistency, and visibility of expertise across the firm’s global network.
 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

You have first practical experience in business operations, project coordination, or team support; 1–2 years of full-time work, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.

You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

You have clear and confident communication skills with a collaborative mindset and feel comfortable working across teams, levels, and regions in a global environment.

You are familiar with Microsoft Office applications and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

You have a growth mindset and eagerness to learn—ready to take initiative, drive tasks independently, and grow within a dynamic, international setting.

You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
