We are looking for to fill this position from November on in part-time.

HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

End-to-end student recruiting. You will steer the recruiting process for our interns and working students end-to-end, from job definition and sourcing through to candidate management, screening applications and keeping the process efficient, effective, and fair.

Job postings and cross-team collaboration. You will support hiring departments in preparing and publishing job postings, working in close alignment with our Talent Acquisition Manager and BST Hiring team as well as with department managers and their teams.

Candidate communication and scheduling. You will be a reliable point of contact for candidates, organizing and scheduling interviews, by phone, virtually, and face-to-face, and responding to inquiries about recruitment activities and the status of open positions.

Feedback and offer process. You will gather feedback from hiring teams and share it with candidates based on established selection criteria, prepare job offer materials, and make offer calls and request contracts.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

This role fits your profile whether you are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field, or you are returning to work after maternity or paternity leave and looking to bring your skills to a new challenge.  

This role offers a structured, hands-on way to build or rebuild your expertise in talent acquisition, whichever path brought you here. Previous talent acquisition experience is a plus.

You bring strong organizational skills and enjoy juggling multiple candidate processes and interview schedules at the same time.

You communicate confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and teams across the business, and you enjoy building relationships along the way.

Business fluency in both English and German is a must.

You work in a structured and reliable way, follow internal processes and legal requirements diligently, and bring a service-oriented, detail-focused mindset.
