Turn data into structured insights. You will assist in consolidating survey results, identifying patterns and trends, and preparing clear analyses and presentations for different stakeholder groups.
Enable our Team Coaches. You will support our Team Coaches in their day-to-day work, helping to ensure appropriate support allocation to teams and preparing materials that enable impactful collaboration interventions.
Prepare workshops and formats. You will contribute to the preparation of Teaming workshops and internal formats by organizing content, materials, and logistics to ensure professional delivery.
Strengthen communication initiatives. You will support the creation and refinement of Teaming-related communication materials and initiatives, helping to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement across the organization.
