Shaping Inverto’s digital knowledge ecosystem. You shape and continuously develop Inverto’s digital knowledge ecosystem. You co-own the strategic definition and execution of the firmwide knowledge and AI roadmap and ensure that our platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities. Your work directly enables consulting teams to access, use, and scale knowledge efficiently across the firm.

Product ownership and driving AI and automation at scale. You act as Product Owner for our knowledge platforms, steering strategic development, prioritizing initiatives, and translating business needs into future-ready digital solutions. You continuously introduce innovative capabilities that increase efficiency, usability, and measurable adoption in daily consulting work.

Stakeholder management, governance, and value steering. You collaborate closely with IT, compliance, vendors, Practice Areas, Centers of Excellence, and senior leadership. You ensure robust platform governance, operational stability, and compliance with data governance, security, and internal control standards. At the same time, you define and track relevant KPIs (e.g., adoption, efficiency gains, platform performance) to ensure transparency and business impact. You manage external vendors and contribute to budget planning and oversight for knowledge and AI-related initiatives.

Leading change and people. You lead firmwide change initiatives to promote a digital and knowledge-driven mindset and to drive adoption of new tools and ways of working. You coach and develop Knowledge Infrastructure Specialists and Coordinators, set clear priorities, and foster a strong, future-oriented team in a cross-functional and matrix-driven environment.
