HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Strategic Talent Acquisition leadership. You will develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for the Nordics, aligning hiring priorities with the firm's growth plans, and you will lead, coach, and develop a team of two Talent Acquisition professionals.

End-to-end recruitment delivery. You will own recruitment across the Nordics, with a strong focus on experienced hires, consulting talent, and junior careers, managing the full lifecycle from role scoping and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, including new market expansion hiring.

Trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will act as the primary point of contact for the Nordic leadership team on workforce planning, talent market insights, and recruitment strategy, and you will manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners.

Employer branding and university relations. You will support employer branding initiatives across the Nordics, build relationships with universities and student organizations, and represent Inverto at career fairs and recruiting events.

HR partnership. You will partner closely with the People Services team on onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities, supporting local HR initiatives across the Nordic region.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

You bring 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment, backed by a university degree.

You have hands-on experience leading and developing a team, combined with a track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for experienced hires and junior talent.

You are a confident advisor to senior stakeholders, comfortable shaping workforce planning and hiring strategy in close partnership with business leaders.

You bring strong relationship-management skills, from external recruitment agencies to universities and student organizations.

You are curious about data-driven recruiting and AI-enabled tools, and you enjoy continuously improving processes and candidate experience.

You thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and bring structure, energy, and a hands-on mindset to everything you do.
