Service-oriented office support. As the heart of our growing office community, you will play a decisive role in managing office life. By managing a variety of organizational and administrative tasks, you will keep day-to-day business running smoothly.
Professional correspondence & effective travel management. You will support our local Managing Director, ensuring seamless communication with our customers. Moreover, you will take care of our Managing Director's travel arrangements and provide coordinated support during business trips.
Reliable schedule management. You will arrange and coordinate both internal and external meetings such as interview dates or training sessions and organize the resources required for these.
VERY IMPORTANT FOR US.
During your training in the early years of your career, you have gained experience in administration and PA duties within a service-oriented environment.
You are an open-minded team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and who brings the necessary hands-on mentality to thrive in a quickly growing company.
The ability to work independently, flexibly and reliably in an international environment and with a high level of discretion, comes as second nature to you.
Your work is well organized and solution-oriented, and you are confident using MS Office.
A confident manner as well as a strong service focus complete your profile, whereby you can also prove your communication skills in Danish as well as English on a business level.
