HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Holistic project leadership.
You’ll contribute your strategic insight and leadership to project management, working closely with clients to build meaningful partnerships that create long-term value.
Diverse and engaging projects.
You’ll work across a variety of industries, including Industrial and Consumer Goods, Health Care, Energy, Financial Services. WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
University degree with strong academic results.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting and procurement/supply chain management.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills, turning complex challenges into clear, practical solutions. Genuine passion for both strategicand hands-on work.
Clear and confident communication in international settings, building trusted relationships, bringing curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration to every project and creating a space for people to contribute and do their best work.
You’re flexible to travel and enjoy working with international teams across different locations and cultures.
Business fluency in both Italian and English.

Compensation Information
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market-leading benefits package described below. Our Reward Philosophy is to take a holistic approach to offer a comprehensive package which includes market-competitive base salary, discretionary performance bonus and strong benefits that are locally relevant and support both physical and mental health. Our philosophy drives our actions and aims at being competitive, fair and easy for employees to understand. We are committed to ensuring that BCG is the best place for you to thrive and grow. The base salary for this role is at least EUR 70,000.00 for the Project Manager position and at least EUR 90,000.00 for the Senior Project Manager position. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
