This is a fixed-term position for an initial period of 18 months.
HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Training Operations Management. You will act as the primary point of contact for all operational learning and development topics to create impactful learning experiences. This includes managing our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate training schedules, coordinating feedback processes and handling of invoices.
Training Planning & Coordination. In close collaboration with our experienced L&D team, you will set up the annual international training calendar for our consulting staff and support the budgeting process. You will also serve as the operational link to BCG’s global L&D Operations team.
Onboarding & Learning Events. You will coordinate onboarding events end to end – from logistics and presentation preparation to on-site support and quality control. You will also work closely with our internal training center to deliver and continuously improve our flagship consulting onboarding event “Mission Week”.
Content & Material Management. You will take ownership of developing and maintaining high-quality learning materials, such as training catalogues and intranet content, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging.
Team Collaboration. You will help onboard and support working students and interns in their daily tasks. At the same time, you will collaborate with experienced L&D professionals across Inverto and BCG.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
Ideally, you bring a university degree with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience through a commercial apprenticeship and relevant further experience.
You have initial experience in Learning & Development, event organization or in a related field – preferably in an international environment.
You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have prior experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
You impress with your strong organizational skills, structured way of working, high level of service orientation and collaborative mindset – even in dynamic and fast-paced settings. You possess excellent communication skills in English and German is a plus.
