HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Leadership that shapes operational excellence. As our HR Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of four, set priorities, and ensure high-quality, compliant HR service delivery. Together with the Head of People Services, you shape the strategic direction of the HR Operations agenda in line with our organizational vision, business priorities, and BCG Global requirements. As the first escalation point for complex HR cases - including complex terminations and sensitive employee relations matters - you provide expert guidance and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and service excellence.

Driving process excellence and compliance. You oversee and continuously improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring adherence to labor legislation, GDPR, and internal policies. By defining and monitoring standards for documentation quality, data integrity, and policy consistency, you build a stable and scalable operational foundation.

Leveraging systems and data to empower HR. You act as a key stakeholder for HR systems, particularly Workday, ensuring efficient process flows and accurate data. You represent Inverto’s needs in global system initiatives, drive digitalization, and use HR data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Cross-functional collaboration that drives alignment. You work closely with the Head of People Services and build strong partnerships with Recruiting, Staffing, Payroll, Finance, and BCG Legal to ensure seamless integration of HR processes across entities. You represent HR Operations in cross-functional meetings and ensure transparent communication of priorities.

Transformation and continuous improvement. You lead or contribute to initiatives focused on efficiency, harmonization, and scalability, including entity setups, policy harmonization, and new HR frameworks. Using data and feedback, you drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of HR Operations at Inverto.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

You come with several years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR administration, or shared services - preferably in an international or fast-scaling environment.

You have proven leadership experience in managing and developing HR teams, with a strong focus on service quality and stakeholder management

You have built a deep understanding of HR processes, employment law fundamentals, compliance requirements, and data privacy (GDPR)

You have collected hands-on experience with HR systems, ideally Workday, including process design, data management, and reporting.

You have shown a structured, solution-oriented working style, strong analytical skills, and a high degree of ownership.

You have shown the ability to navigate complex topics, prioritize effectively, and drive operational improvements.

You have shown excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to build strong partnerships across functions
