IN Cologne, Munich.

At Inverto, we specialize in strategic procurement and supply chain management. We work globally with market-leading companies, developing transformational strategies and implementing them to make their businesses stronger. And you can too – with our continued success, this is your chance to grow as we grow. Our teams want to succeed – and you’ll be in great company, working with people and in a business that supports you to thrive. There’s never been a better time to join us as we develop and build our future together. Are you in?

HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Support HR projects that make an impact. As a Working Student in our HR Operations team, you'll support a range of HR-related projects. This includes research, analysis, and the creation of presentations on topics such as policies, guidelines, mobility concepts, or market-entry themes. You turn complex topics into structured, actionable insights for decision-making.

Shape the future of People Services. You will work on initiatives related to our HR structures and processes across Europe. This may include benchmarking, drafting concept papers, supporting policy development, or contributing to the design of new HR tools and frameworks.

Gain insights beyond your core team. Collaboration with experts across various departments, such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Marketing, or Communications, will give you hands-on exposure to selected HR strategy, global mobility, or organizational development topics.

Grow as we grow. From day one, you’ll take ownership of your tasks and contribute actively to ongoing projects. This empowers you to deepen your expertise in HR, project work, and global governance topics – supporting both your professional and personal development.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

You are a student in an advanced semester of business, social sciences, (business) psychology, or a related field – ideally with a focus on HR, organizational topics or project work.

You have already gained practical experience during your studies, for example in HR, project management, consulting, or research.

Analytical thinking, structured and precise working methods, and a high level of independence come naturally to you. You enjoy tackling new topics and working on a broad variety of tasks.

You have strong MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, and enjoy creating clear, compelling presentations.

You enjoy working in a team, value down-to-earth collaboration, genuine support, and reliability.

You communicate confidently in German and English.

TOGETHER, WE BENEFIT.
