HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Holistic project work.
As part of Inverto’s Center of Excellence (CoE) Training & Enablement, you will design and facilitate scalable enablement formats embedded directly into live procurement transformations. By combining capability building with practical application, you ensure that learning translates into measurable performance improvements and lasting behavioral change.

Diverse and engaging projects.
You’ll conduct structured capability and adoption diagnostics, including role-based assessments, stakeholder interviews, and pulse checks. Based on your insights, you design targeted performance interventions tailored to each client’s transformation objectives and organizational context.

Collaborative consulting.
You’ll design and facilitate end-to-end learning journeys aligned with transformation goals. Through workshops, leadership sessions, governance routines, and high-impact enablement formats, you create clarity, drive commitment, and establish ownership structures that support successful implementation.

Cross-industry development.
You'll embed enablement mechanisms directly into live delivery environments through coaching, clinics, and reinforcement loops. You leverage AI and digital tools—including GenAI applications in procurement and AI-enabled negotiation coaching—to strengthen decision-making, accelerate adoption, and increase scalability across client organizations.

Scalable product development.
You’ll develop and continuously improve reusable products, including toolkits, templates, playbooks, diagnostics, facilitation guides, and KPI frameworks. By identifying emerging capability needs across active engagements, you contribute to the evolution of our Enablement Center of Excellence and help shape future offerings.
