We are looking to fill this position from November 2026 onwards.
HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Support our employees with international travel. You review travel sheets and proactively reach out to employees traveling outside their home country. You support them with general immigration and travel-related questions, including inquiries about ESTA applications, visa requirements and other travel concerns.
Help keep our immigration processes running smoothly. You initiate visa applications and ensure that relevant visa information is accurately maintained in Workday. You keep track of expiration dates and proactively request updated work permits and documentation when needed.
Create transparency and support flexible ways of working. You prepare and submit monthly reports to our Staffing team and support requests related to remote working arrangements. You ensure that relevant information is structured, accurate and handled reliably.
Grow with us. From the start, you take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute to smaller projects within the HR Immigration team. This gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international HR processes and develop both professionally and personally.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
You are an advanced student, preferably in a business-related field with an HR focus, with at least 1 year of studies remaining.
You have a structured and detail-oriented way of working and approach your responsibilities with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
You bring excellent communication skills and interact confidently and reliably with employees and stakeholders.
You communicate confidently in English, both written and verbal. German language skills are a plus.
You enjoy working in a team, value collaborative ways of working, and are comfortable taking ownership of your tasks.
