Working Student HR Career Development (f/m/d).
IN Cologne.
At Inverto, we specialize in strategic procurement and supply chain management. We work globally with market-leading companies, developing transformational strategies and implementing them to make their businesses stronger. And you can too – with our continued success, this is your chance to grow as we grow. Our teams want to succeed – and you’ll be in great company, working with people and in a business that supports you to thrive. There’s never been a better time to join us as we develop and build our future together. Are you in?
HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Sustainable talent development. You will support our Career Development team in their daily work – whether it’s operational support for our New Joiners, managing the project feedback process for our Consultants, or preparing and following up on our international Career Development meetings. You will always keep an overview, proactively contribute your ideas, and gain hands-on exposure to all relevant processes. You’ll see: employee development is a top priority for us.
Exciting insights. You will have the opportunity to get to know our Career Development processes in depth and contribute to various projects that are in focus due to our growth and international expansion, for example, further developing our feedback formats.
A successful start. You will share responsibility for ensuring a successful onboarding experience for our lateral hires. Together with the Career Development team, you will prepare onboarding materials, organize and coordinate the integration of new colleagues, and help ensure a smooth start at Inverto.
Experiences that move you forward. From day one, we entrust you with a high level of responsibility so you can grow both professionally and personally. Challenging tasks will enable you to push beyond your limits and gain comprehensive insights into the field of talent and career development.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
You are a student in an advanced Bachelor’s semester or at the beginning of your Master’s program. Ideally, you are studying in a business-related field with a focus on HR or (business) psychology. If you are studying something else – no problem! We are happy to hear why your field of study is a great fit for us.
You are available to work at least 16 hours per week and have already gained practical experience during your studies. Accuracy, analytical thinking, creativity, and enthusiasm come naturally to you – and you enjoy putting them into practice. You like working in a team and value being grounded just as much as genuine team spirit and mutual support.
You communicate confidently in English, present yourself professionally, and feel comfortable in an international work environment. German skills are a plus.
