HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Functional guidance and accounting operations. You provide functional guidance and coaching to a small team within Accounting Operations, setting clear priorities and quality standards, and you manage and continuously enhance our accounting processes within the existing ERP environment.
Audit steering and financial statements. You set and ensure consistent quality standards for the preparation of financial statements and steer audits across all Inverto entities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
Process improvement and automation. You drive continuous improvement of our Record-to-Report processes, including their standardization and harmonization, and you identify and implement AI-based solutions and automation initiatives to make the Accounting team more efficient.
Closing, reporting and BCG alignment. You review and quality-assure monthly and quarterly closings, ensure GAAP alignment with BCG, and support the onboarding of the team into new processes and GAAP requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
You hold an excellent university degree and bring at least six years of experience in accounting or a comparable finance function, within an international environment, ideally with a background in auditing.
You are comfortable setting priorities and quality standards and enjoy taking ownership of complex accounting topics end to end. Experience leading or coaching a small team is a plus.
You are confident working within an ERP environment and you know how to translate accounting requirements into system solutions.
You bring a structured, process-oriented mindset, with a strong interest in automation and AI-based solutions that make finance operations more efficient.
You are a strong communicator with business-fluent English skills.
