HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Talent Acquisition. Responsible for the full-cycle sourcing and recruiting process in Stockholm: managing hiring targets, designing job specifications, identifying candidates, shortlisting, applicant management, organize, schedule and conduct interviews (phone, virtual and face-to-face meetings).
In collaboration with the international TA & EB team, ensure a steady talent pipeline for both consulting and non-consulting staff and follow internal processes, and comply with legal requirements. Also responsible for selection and management of local recruitment agencies as well as active sourcing: identify, approach and support recruiting process of candidates.
Recruiting Projects. Working together with the local TA team and Recruiting Director in Stockholm on various projects related to recruiting excellence. You will be working on projects with senior stakeholders and have autonomy in implementing these both locally and companywide.
University Relations. Build up academic relationships and manage target universities, organize and attend talent fairs, university events and workshops. Coordination of events with TA & EB team.
Employer Branding. Support the development and implementation of a wide range of local recruiting campaigns, social media activities and actively drive the development of employer branding.
Local HR support. Supporting the organization’s HR strategy, serving as a point of contact for employees and management locally. Focus lies in process, people, and policy support, whilst remaining closely aligned to the People Services team and any other involved functions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
You have completed your bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources, with a (very) good grade.
You gained at least 2-3 years relevant professional experience in Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources. Previous experience in a management consultancy/ a professional service firm would be an asset.
You have acquired extensive experience in actively sourcing candidates on professional networks such as LinkedIn. You are familiar with the use of Boolean searches and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Independent working, flexibility and a high degree of reliability are second nature to you. In addition, you have a “can do” attitude combined with a desire to be hands-on and in the details.
A confident manner as well as a strong service focus in an international working environment completes your profile. You have fluent communication skills in English and Swedish.
