HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Proactive 1st Level Support. You are the first point of contact for all colleagues across our global offices. By working closely with your team, you ensure fast and solution-oriented IT support, on-site and remotely.

Reliable Client Management. You manage our client devices with precision, from Windows laptops to iOS smartphones. You handle rollouts, updates, and provide troubleshooting when needed, ensuring our IT runs smoothly every day.

Strong Office Infrastructure. You take ownership of maintaining our workplace and meeting room infrastructure, whether it's hardware setup or audio-visual systems,

Hands-On Project Involvement. You contribute to change initiatives and project work, and optimizing our internal IT environment.

Ownership of Key Processes. You take responsibility for recurring operational tasks such as managing internal ordering processes and asset tracking.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or IT systems electronics technician or relevant professional experience.

Proven experience in end-user support, particularly in Windows environments, experience with iOS devices is an advantage.

A conscientious and flexible working style with a strong sense of responsibility.

A genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset.

You communicate fluently in English and French (minimum C1), and are able to support end users in a French-speaking environment.
