Working Student Career Development (f/m/d).
IN Köln.
Inverto is one of the leading procurement and supply chain management consultancies in the world. Backed by the power of BCG, we’ve grown from a successful European consultancy into a global company with a distinct offering. Our Business Services Teams play a critical role in enabling our business, driving continuous improvement, and shaping how we scale. Here, you can use your expertise to make a meaningful impact from within, taking on responsibility from day one and seeing the difference your work makes. As we continue to grow, so will your opportunities, in an environment that supports your development and empowers you to grow as we grow. There’s never been a better time to join Inverto and be part of what comes next. Are you in?
HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Sustainable people development. You support our Career Development Team in day-to-day work, whether that's operational support for our newbies, the project feedback process for our consultants, or the preparation and follow-up of our international Career Development Meetings. You always keep an overview, contribute actively, and are closely involved in all processes. You'll see: employee development is a top priority for us!
Exciting insights. You get to know how our Career Development function works from the inside and help shape projects that are currently a major focus given our growth and international expansion, such as the development of our feedback formats.
A successful start. You play an active role in the successful onboarding of our lateral hires. Together with the Career Development Team, you prepare onboarding materials, organize and coordinate the integration of new colleagues, and thereby ensure a smooth start at Inverto.
Experiences that help you grow. From day one, we give you real ownership and responsibility, so you can grow both professionally and personally. Exciting tasks allow you to go beyond your comfort zone and give you comprehensive knowledge in HR and career development.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
You're currently in an advanced bachelor semester or you have just started your master's, preferably in a business-related field with an HR focus, or in (business) psychology. Studying something else? That's absolutely fine too: Just tell us why your background makes you a great fit.
You can support us with at least 16 hours a week, and you have already gained some work experience during your studies.
You bring precision, analytical thinking, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm to everything you do.
You're a strong team player, and down-to-earth collaboration, genuine team spirit, and mutual support matter just as much to you as getting the work done.
You communicate confidently in English and operate confidently in an international working environment. German language skills are a plus.

- Access to mental coaching and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) resources
- A rewarding Employee Referral Program to grow our team with your help
