Senior Business Intelligence Developer (f/m/d).
IN Köln, München.
Inverto is one of the leading procurement and supply chain management consultancies in the world. Backed by the power of BCG, we’ve grown from a successful European consultancy into a global company with a distinct offering. Our Business Services Teams play a critical role in enabling our business, driving continuous improvement, and shaping how we scale. Here, you can use your expertise to make a meaningful impact from within, taking on responsibility from day one and seeing the difference your work makes. As we continue to grow, so will your opportunities, in an environment that supports your development and empowers you to grow as we grow. There’s never been a better time to join Inverto and be part of what comes next. Are you in?
HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Building and evolving Inverto's data model. Following our internal standards, you maintain the data model for Inverto's data warehouse and ensure the various data sources are seamlessly integrated.
Exciting fields to grow in. Working closely with our product owners, you develop and run our data warehouse based on Snowflake and dbt, as well as our BI solution built on Power BI services. You build a deep understanding of Inverto and its reporting needs and become one of the go-to persons for all technical and strategic questions around reporting.
Designing and implementing BI solutions. You own requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and documentation for reporting needs, delivered through Power BI service.
Ownership from day one. Our motivated IT team offers you a professional environment with real room to grow. From day one, you take on genuine responsibility, bring your own ideas to the table, and help shape the build-out of our software development team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
You've successfully completed your apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung and/or a degree in IT or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in data warehousing (ideally with Snowflake & dbt) and PowerBI.
Conceptual thinking, flexibility, and enthusiasm for new challenges come naturally to you, as does a genuine drive for ownership and performance.
You enjoy working as part of a team, where being down-to-earth matters just as much as real cohesion and mutual support.
A confident presence and a strong service mindset in an international environment round out your profile.
You bring strong communication skills, both in negotiation-level German and fluent English.
