HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
End to end knowledge content excellence in a global setup. You work in a growing global consulting organization and ensure that content is captured, structured, and maintained in a high quality and compliant way by setting standards for metadata, taxonomy, and governance.
Enabling consistent content capture across the business. Enabling consistent and high-quality content capture across the business. By equipping consulting teams with clear guidance, practical tools, and scalable solutions, you empower them to proactively capture, share, and leverage knowledge across projects, teams, and regions.
Shaping standards while driving evolution. By driving the adoption of AI enabled knowledge content management processes, you help balance stability with innovation and support the long-term evolution of Inverto’s content landscape.
Guidance and cross office collaboration. You mentor and support, and confidently collaborate with stakeholders across offices. Your work strengthens consistency and usability, ensuring knowledge content delivers real value.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
You hold a degree in information management, business, or a comparable field, along with three to five years of experience in knowledge management, ideally in a consulting or international professional environment.
You bring an advanced understanding of structured content, taxonomy, metadata, and searchability, and you are comfortable working with defined standards and governance frameworks. Furthermore you apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You work confidently with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, SharePoint based data environments, and AI enabled workflows is an advantage, and you are motivated to continuously improve processes.
You communicate clearly and confidently across technical and business stakeholders, taking ownership and driving alignment across functions.
You show high ownership and initiative, thrive in an international environment, and demonstrate excellent business communication skills in English.
