HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.
Ownership of key digital tools. Product ownership from requirements to go-live. You will capture functional requirements, prioritize them in a clear backlog, and accompany the full lifecycle from requirements intake through implementation to go-live, working closely with internal departments, IT, and external vendors.
Steering the project pipeline. You will manage and monitor the project pipeline for HR and Knowledge Management, keep an overview of ongoing initiatives, coordinate dependencies, and act as the central point of contact for proactively managing risks and priorities so projects stay on time, on scope, and aligned with stakeholders.
Data-driven decision support. You will develop and maintain meaningful dashboards and reporting structures that reflect relevant KPIs for HR and Knowledge Management, translating data into actionable insights that give management a reliable basis for strategic decisions.
